Project Cycle Management Workshop

The first Project Cycle Management Workshop within the EaP Culture Programme in the framework of the EU European Neighbourhood Policy took place on 10th-11th September 2012 at Holiday Inn Hotel, Tbilisi Georgia. All the partners of the SOS Culture project, which is funded by the European Union and is implemented in the framework of the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme, participated in the workshop.

The workshop entitled Project Cycle Management Workshop was intended for project coordinators of the EaP Culture Programme, who have an interest in expanding their knowledge in EU project management. The two-days interactive event was led by Oksana Muzychuk (Project & Monitoring Manager, RMCBU) in conjunction with Terry Sandell, Senior Expert.

The training workshop offered participants an introduction into the conceptual issues surrounding the debate about logframe matrix, interim narrative and financial reports. For SOS Culture project, which was launched in January 2012 by the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) in cooperation with the dvv international – Georgia Country office and Research on Armenian Architecture Foundation, this was a unique opportunity to learn more about different EU projects in the region, get to know the people behind the projects, and share the expertise, knowledge and best practices with colleagues from all over the world.
